Trade-Ins

Have a closet full of great games that you no longer play? Trade them in for store credit at Cloud Cap!

The process is simple:

1. Send us an email at info@cloudcapgames.com with a text only list of games you are interested in trading.
2. We'll put together a quote for you on what we can offer in store credit.
3. Bring in your games and allow us a few days to count the pieces to confirm they are complete.
4. If complete, we'll credit your account and send you a confirmation email.
5. Spend your credit on awesome new games!

We look forward to seeing what funky old games you want to trade in!

• Trade in quotes are good for one week after we send them. If you would like to trade in games after that window, please send us a new email to receive a new quote.
• Please do not bring in trade-ins unless you have emailed us and gotten a quote from us first! We are a small crew and are unable to process trade-ins on the fly.
